Conference equipment
Eduroam users can use the network in all rooms, no registration is required. A guest ID is also available for use.
All our rooms are equipped with projectors and loudspeakers with flexible connection options.
Our projectors support widescreen displays (16:9) but can also correctly display the 4:3 format.
HDMI and VGA cables are of course available for your laptop.
We are happy to provide you with an in-house laptop (Windows 10) for your presentation, free of charge. Available software: PowerPoint 19, Adobe Acrobat.
We can provide you with flipcharts, presentation boards, presenter/laser pointers, a podium as well as a mobile microphone installation, all free of charge.
Hand and tie microphones as well as headsets are available for use in the Event Hall (Saal).
